Werribee Centre for Sustainable Water Use (Werribee Centre)

The Werribee Centre for Sustainable Water Use has received $3.6 million in priority research funding from Victoria University, to support its research in the areas of:

Innovative Water Treatment
For such processes as:
advanced membrane treatment,
novel desalination processes,
thermal distillation,
advanced oxidation,
inorganic materials,
membrane scale up,
 
The programs within the centre are strongly connected to industry partners through the Advisory Committee and Adjunct Appointments, and via partnerships on individual research projects.

Collaborators: UNSW, Technion, UCLA, Beijing University of Technology,CSIRO Cluster Program.

Industry Partners: Melbourne Water, GWMWater, City West Water Central Highlands Water, Western Water, Barwon Water.
